Taylor McGrew

Taylor McGrew serves as Executive Sales Director at Dallas Jet International, bringing nearly two decades of aviation experience and a lifelong passion for flight. Raised near Little Rock Air Force Base, Taylor’s interest in aviation was sparked early. She and her father shared flying lessons, and by age 17, Taylor earned her pilot’s license.

She graduated magna cum laude from Henderson State University’s Honors College with a degree in Airway Science, further solidifying her foundation in aviation. Before joining Dallas Jet International, Taylor built a distinguished career at Central Flying Service in Little Rock, excelling as a pilot, certified flight instructor, and sales director with expertise in aircraft sales, acquisitions, consulting, management, and marketing.

Known for her straightforward, honest approach, Taylor conducts every transaction with professionalism and integrity. Beyond her work in aviation, she is deeply committed to her community—actively volunteering and serving on various boards and foundations. Taylor also balances her career with family life, cherishing time with her husband and twin boys, while enjoying singing in her church’s praise band, creating art, trading stock options with her father, and caring for their rescue pets.
