Rob Kelly

Rob Kelly serves as Vice President of Management and Training at Dallas Jet International, bringing over 30 years of experience in corporate aviation management and consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Science & Business Management from Salem State University.

Rob spent 15 years as Director of Aviation overseeing the corporate flight departments for professional teams in MLB, NHL, and the English Premier League. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and is type-rated in multiple Gulfstream models (550, 450, 350, V, GIV, GIII, GII), as well as Learjet and Citation 500/550 aircraft. With more than 13,000 hours logged in corporate turbine aircraft, Rob currently flies over 400 hours annually on Gulfstream 550, 450, and V jets for a Fortune 100 company.

Leveraging his extensive experience in both aircraft sales and management, Rob was pivotal in establishing Dallas Jet International’s Crew Sourcing and Training Division, securing a long-term partnership with a leading global crew training provider. He now oversees a network of more than 190 pilots, mechanics, and flight attendants across 36 managed flight departments.

Rob is known for his integrity, leadership, and unwavering commitment to putting clients first.
