Hefzi Duke serves as Administrative Coordinator at Dallas Jet International, where she is an integral part of the firm’s operational excellence and client experience. With a Bachelor of Arts from Dallas Baptist University and a diverse background spanning executive administration, management, marketing, and public relations, she brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and organizational leadership to the company.

An entrepreneur at heart, Hefzi launched and successfully managed her own business while attending college, designing and producing custom buttons and promotional products for university game days, fraternities and sororities, student organizations, and community events throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Building the business from the ground up provided invaluable experience in marketing, client relations, operations, and business development, skills that continue to shape her professional approach today.

At Dallas Jet International, Hefzi oversees a broad portfolio of responsibilities that support the firm’s daily operations and continued growth. She directs the company’s social media strategy and digital marketing initiatives, develops branded content, manages its online presence, provides executive and administrative support across multiple departments, assists the brokerage team throughout complex aircraft transactions, enhancing efficiency and elevating the client experience. Her ability to manage competing priorities and execute with precision makes her an indispensable resource to both colleagues and clients.

Hefzi resides in Plano, Texas, with her husband and is actively involved in her local church. Outside the office, she is a certified reformer Pilates instructor who enjoys fitness, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Her entrepreneurial spirit, unwavering professionalism, and commitment to excellence embody the high standards and personalized service that define Dallas Jet International.
