Gretchen Braley is the Vice President of Aircraft Sales at Dallas Jet International, bringing a rare blend of technical expertise and sales leadership to the private aviation market. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Gretchen began her aviation career as a systems engineer with NASA, playing a critical role in the Space Shuttle Return-to-Flight program following the Columbia disaster. After the successful launch of Space Shuttle Discovery, she transitioned to the defense industry as an engineering manager at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where she helped develop and optimize the production line for the F-35 fighter jet—a groundbreaking effort in modern aircraft manufacturing.

Building on her engineering foundation, Gretchen shifted into aircraft sales on the F-16 program. Over nearly a decade, she advised domestic and international clients on selecting and configuring aircraft fleets tailored to their mission needs and budgets. Her expertise in market analysis, valuation, and maintenance considerations established her as a leader in aircraft consulting and sales negotiations.
